Halloween Planner Stickers and Free Printables
Halloween is fast approaching and for my family and I it is just as big as the Christmas season. The decorating that is. We love Halloween! We do much more now then I ever did as a kid. My eldest wants to start decorating October 1st but I feel like I just can’t do any decorating outside until about 1 week away from Halloween. We have been doing Halloween crafts in the house and we have taken out lots of our fibre optic pumpkins. Something that I want to get better at is documenting my kids life and taking the thousands of digital photos we now have and actually printing them out. I’m trying to figure out a system that works best for me. My sister likes to upload and makes books that get printed out every year but I have tried this and I frankly always forget to upload every month and then the task becomes way too overwhelming at the end of the year. I also would prefer a little more memory keeping or journaling to go along with the photos but I feel I’m so far behind that it might be impossible to catch up.
I have slowly been filling up a 6×8 project life album. I tried the large 12×12 size which I find just too daunting but quickly filling the 6×8 seems manageable to me. I can’t always find Halloween specific journalling cards that fit so I have started to just create my own. I went on PicMonkey which is where I do most of my designing for pretty much everything on my blog and made some Halloween journal cards which I will share with you. I also keep an eye out at my local Winners/Home Sense/Marshalls which is where I usually find my scrapbooking paper.
This is my little Mr. Yoda at his 2nd Halloween. I added some stickers I had to the grey card as well.
This is my little Mr. Black Licorice at his first Halloween. And even to this day he loves Halloween.
I printed these out on different card stock I had available at home at the time. A thicker card stock definitely works a lot better. I even have printed out on photo paper for really nice results.
How about adding some stickers to your planner or photos? Here are some I created for my planner. I have an Erin Condren Vertical Life Planner and the square boxes should fit as they fit into mine. Please remember that this sheet is intended for personal use only. I just have fun creating stickers and love sharing them with you. The link will take you to a printable pdf. I print mine onto Avery 81/2 x11 Sticker Project paper. The link provides a sheet without the watermark across it. I would love to see how you use these in your personal planner or memory keeping so share it with my on instagram using the #adalincstickers. Below is a pic of them in use in my Erin Condren planner.
Well I’m off to continue preparations for Halloween, pumpkin carving and trick or treating.
