My Review:

My family received Adventures Around the Globe which is an activity book packed full of maps, activities and over 250 stickers.  As a busy mom of three children activity books are a must in my house.  This activity book not only provides educational learning about the 7 continents around the globe, it is also durable and for a mother that means it is not flimsy and does not tear easily.  Very important in my books.  A nice feature is the 250 reusable stickers which kids can peel and stick, and peel and stick.  My kids had to reposition stickers a lot. Colouring for meditation and relaxation is big right now and this activity book has some great ones.  Join in with your kids for some quiet time.

Each continent has the same set up.  1 page to introduce the continent with facts about animals that live on that continent plus addition key geographical facts, or amazing tidbits of information.

Adventures Around the Globe

The next section for each continent contains information of key structures, points of interest or interesting facts about different locations covering the continent.

The next section is the sticker page spread and then followed by the colouring page spread.

Each continent ends with an activity for children to complete.

And of course the next time we travel by plane this book will come with us as well.  This activity book is a winner in my books.  As a former Social Studies teacher I love the educational value of this activity book, but it also has fun stickers and colouring pages as well.
